Make sure you surround yourself with people who believe in you and your dreams…life is far too short to and we should never have regrets! I love the phase pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again! If your having a bad dayalways remember that its just a bad day and not a bad life! Always be stronger than your excuses! 7. Wear clothes that make you feel good

8. Do something nice for yourself , massage, bath, put your feet up!

9. Use the time you spend obsessing bout yourself calories, weight etc tohelp someone else!
