YES GIRLS IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN AND MY GOODNESS HOW THIS YEAR HAS FLOWN BY!!

I HAVE COMPILED A LIST OF HOW TO SURVIVE THE SILLY SEASON BUT HEY DON’T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF WE ARE ALLOWED TO BE NAUGHTY ONCE A YEAR LOL!

1. At parties try to have tiny sample sized portions of all the yummy food

2.fill yourself up with water before heading off to eat, this will make you feel fuller for longer and will help the urge to overeat.

3. fill your drink up with ice so you to help water down the alcohol content of your drink and keep you hydrated.

4. go and have a party game inbetween eating the big Aussie chrissy lunch that we all so love. The kids will love you joining in their fun. mmm try duck,duck goose /lets get that heart rate up

5.try to eat fresh seafood and nice summer fruits where possible

6.make sure you train hard before the week of the big chrissy lunch or party season/this will help to make up for being naughty lol

7.get up and dance and maybe put the dreaded ZUMBA FITNESS DVD on that your dear Aunt Terri gave you lol.

8.give your house a massive clean up getting ready to entertain,eat,drink and to be merry.

9.put food on entree plate of course

10.if u so want seconds of Granny May’s xmas pudding do 20 push ups for BEE instead.

BALANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH THAT’S FOR SURE. INCLUDING BALANCE EXERCISES INTO YOUR ROUTINE WILL ENCOURAGE THE BODY TO ENGAGE CORE MUSCLES, WORK THE LITTLE MUSCLES IN THE LEGS, ANKLES AND PELVIS, AND IMPROVE BODY AWARENESS. START  BALANCING AND YOU’LL QUICKLY BECOME AWARE THAT ONE SIDE OF THE BODY IS MUCH STRONGER THAN THE OTHER.

1. SIT ON A FIT BALL AND LIFT ONE FOOT AT A TIME, THEN BOTH FEET TOGETHER.

2. INCLUDE SIMPLE BALANCE MOVES INTO YOUR DAY E.G.TRY STANDING ON ONE LEG

3. THROW AND CATCH A BALL WHILE STANDING ON ONE LEG

4. INCORPORATE BALANCE MOVES INTO YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING ROUTINE- TRY DOING SOME ONE LEGGED SQUATS OR DO LUNGES WITH ONE FOOT LIGHTLY RESTING ON A STEP.

5.TAKE UP PILATES IT IS SO GREAT FOR COMPLETE BODY BALANCE

6. TAKE UP  YOGA OR TAICHI

7. RAISE YOURSELF ON YOUR TIPTOES

JOINTS  THAT ARE INVOLVED ARE ANKLE, KNEE, AND HIP. THE MUSCLES INVOLVED ARE LEGS,GLUTES, LOWER BACK AND STOMACH. THE PRIMARY BENEFITS ARE LEG AND HIP STRENGTH,FLEXIBILTY, AND BALANCE.

  • 2.make sure after your workout you have a good stretch down.
  • 3.go and put some new beats on your mp3(I’m doing that now.)
  • 4. go to the beach and have a massive swim.
  • 5. go and do some retail therapy…….sales sales sales
  • 6.watch your fav movie.
  • 7. go to a summer music festival.
  • 8. go visit your relatives for some chrissy cheer.
  • 9.bake a cake or two
  • 10.walk like the kitten you know you are/put some swing in your step/oh yer
  • 11.do a nightly walk around the block after work
  • 12.take up a band new hobby/drawing,painting,cooking anything you want to do but have put off
  • 13. babysit for family and friends and discover the wonder of kids
  • 14.de clutter your house.
  • 15. go and take a drive and explore somewhere totally new to you
  • 16.write all those chrissy cards
  • 17. catch up with your friends and tell them all your news.
  • 18.stick up a photo of someone you think is …… ‘just so hootttt right’ now haha like derek ZOOLANDER LOL.
  • 19.put up photos of when you were on holidays having the time of your life and think of and plan the next totally awesome trip.
  • 20.AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST ……SKIP IT, BIKE IT, HIKE IT…..AND WHATEVER YOU DO BEE HAPPY…..NO POINT BEING ANY OTHER WAY
