Start with getting yourself in a push up position with arms straight down towards the ground and your body in a straight line. Without changing your lower back posture, draw your right knee up towards your chest.

Return to your intitial position,do the same on the other side and alternate for 10 repetitions.

3.GO NUTS/ NUTS ARE GREAT AND FULL OF PROTEIN AND THEY SURE FILL YOU UP/HAVE A HANDFUL A DAY/ WATER IS YOUR FRIEND TOO

4.JOLT YOURSELF WITH JAVA/ INSTEAD OF HITTING THE CANDY BAR GO AND GRAB A SKIM LATTE THE CAFFINE HIT WILL DO YOU GOOD

5.TAKE A POWER NAP/distract yourself with a nana nap so maybe when you wake you won’t feel like the chocolate so mch

6. WASH YOUR MOUTH/TEETH YOU SURE WON’T WANT TO MESS UP YOUR NICELY FRESHEN MOUTH WITH BAD FOODS WILL YOU?

9.INDULGE ONCE A WEEK AS A TREAT/LIFE IS ALL ABOUT BALANCE AND WE CAN HAVE OUR TREATS JUST NOT EVERYDAY/I HAVE SUNDAY AS A BLOW OUT DAY WITH THE JAY WE ALL NEED SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO THATS FOR SURE
