Get the balance right….for good posture and better function, you need to create the right balance between exercises that work the front of your body and those that work the back. Some people spend too much timeon push exercises like push ups and bench presss which strengthen then chest and front of the shoulders, and not enough on ‘pull’ movements such as seated rows or chin ups which stengthen the back of shoulders and back muscles. REMEMBER WHEN TRAINING PUSH PULL EXERCISES
Make sure you mix up your daily rountine……take a walk or run on the sand, climb a new mountain,take a new route, or take a swim in the ocean! There are no shirt cuts to shaping up. Ultimately, the success or failure of any exercise program will hinge on a combination of effort and consistency. We have to push ourselves if we want to transform! If you want to get the most out of your training, you need to choose exercises that are both efficient and effective. You need to apply correct techniques, create the right balance between push and pull exercises, vary intensity and always mix up your routine ! Hit the great outdoors, take the stairs, take a swim and be sure to make use of all the great training stations in your local park!
Us ladies sure like to feel energetic and youthful looking all you have to do is……drink more water, get 8 hours of rest, don’t overdo drinking, use the right anti ageing creams, have more fun in your life, have something to look forward to, chillax, learn to let things go, go with the flow, be serene don’t let anything ruffle your feathers, eat fresh fruit and veggies,do a new class, drink green tea, go for a run, laugh lots and also go praise and make people feel good around you!

Everyone wants to be happy for instance when the sun shines it usually makes us happier, when a stranger smiles your way it usually makes us happier, when someone lets you in the traffic it makes you feel happy( I know I do) Try and identify what and when makes you happy… I’m so blessed that I do a job that makes people feel better about themselves and am so touched when they tell me or when my little boy is happy …..of course your version of happy will be uniquely all about YOU!Try and make someone else a little bit happier each day or at least try and smile and the world will smile with you indeed. I have been reading the simple act of making your face smile releases feel good endorphins and tells you brain to feel those feelings..how wonderful so try to even though you may not feel like doing so. I admit I’m a old woman in my ways I love peace and quite and warm chamomile tea at night lol. My fav song is Depeche Mode’s ENJOY THE SILENCE HAHA and I’m always in bed by 1opm lol! I have always enjoyed being quite and relaxing in my own head space. It is so important for everyone’s wellbeing to relax, meditate if you wish and just be quite sometimes. Here are some ways I think can help. Have you had a busy day or stressful week then take my advice and relax! 1. get comfortable 2. switch off electronic devices 3. have a hot bath or shower4. put some classical or jazz music on 5. look at photos that make you feel your at the beach or a rocky mountain retreat 6. have sex(you may as well throw it in there lol)7. read a lovely story book 8. pat your dog or cat 9. lay flat on the floor all stretched out! 10. think of where you plan to go for your next holiday and take a chill pill (warm milk, chamomile tea, get your partner to give you a massage with lavender oil!
