Learn that it is okay to feel different emotions everyday and accept that sometimes shit just happens and it makes us stronger and a little bit wiser ..always view setbacks as AMAZING COMEBACKS ! None of us is perfect not even you! Identify the moments when you are truly happy and make a photobook of it so you’ll be able to look at it when you need to remind yourself.

BEE’S FAT MELTING FOODS WITH AN EXCELLENT DOSE OF VITAMIN D! GET INTO THESE!
1.FISH! vitamin d is fat soluble. It is concentrated in the fatty parts fish, and fatty fish such as salmon contain more d than leaner types. Pick wild salmon, not farm raised. 2.DAIRY! One of many D fortified foods, it may also rank as the most slimming. Most ttypes of dairy will net you 100% of D per serving, as well as being rich in calcium. Have dairy minus the fat, skim has just as much D. Don’t do dairy soy milk and other milk substitutes are fortified with vitamin d and calcium. 3. EGGS! As well as providing appetite- suppressing protein-eggs are one of natures few natural sources of vitamin d. They contain other important fat melters as well, including omega 3’s. Always pick free range or organic! 4. WHOLEMEAL BREAD! More brands of bread are now fortified with D and sometimes even with calcium. Read the label just because a bread is brown doesn’t mean it has wholegrains.. Buy bread thats lists a wholegrain flour first on the list of ingredients like ‘WHOLEMEAL FLOUR OR 100% WHOLEGRAIN FLOUR! 5. ORANGE JUICE sometimes fortified with both vitamin D and calcium, orange juice is a great way to boost the D content of your morning meal. Look for fortified brands and enjoy a glass a day. Drink it alone or add it to smoothies mmm delish!

1.OVERHAUL YOUR KITCHEN- get rid of sugary snacks such as biscuits, high sugar breakfest cereals and other empty calorie snack foods. Replace with natural foods including fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, wholegrains, low-fat yoghurt and oily fish.
2.CHECK YOUR PORTIONS-Don’t pile your plate high. A good rule of thumb is to have some protein…chicken, fish, tofu or lean red meat and always make sure it’s the size of your palm. Fill the rest of your plate with veg and a small serving of complex carbs such as complex carbs or root vegatable.
3.PRACTICE MINDFUL EATING-Sit in a relaxed manner, chew your food properly and think about what you’re putting into your body and how it will benefit your health. LEARN TO IDENTIFY WHEN YOUR FULL AND WHEN YOUR HUNGRY!
4. ENJOY THE WORKOUT BUZZ- You will feel so good about yourself and so full of energy…hold onto that feeling because it becomes addictive and you will want to feel that way all the time!
5. DON’T OVERDO IT-If you haven’t exercised in a while don’t go too hard at first. Your body will become sore and fatigued and you won’t want to exercise again. Instead build up by setting achievable goals, include a jog in a walk one week, then set a goal to jog 1km straight the next week!
