I’ve seen some do it, and the laughter and smiles tell you in a minute that the scene has just made everyone’s day! Most of us have crazy thoughts like that, but we don’t act on them. Our frame of mind frames us in. It dampens our growth, stamps out our creativity, and wreaks havoc with our imagination. Daring to be wacky means stepping out of our comfort zones, taking a chance, and creating a life worth loving. SURE IT’S RISKY -BUT SO WHAT?
Being a wacky woman means following your heart. You don’t have to be obnoxious or extreme: just be willing to step outside the box, let go of your doubts, and grab hold of the first opportunity that comes your way. Take music lessons, go back to school, make friends with a foe or old rival, volunteer for charity, run a race, adopt a pet, learn a new language, join or start a new club! The results will simply amaze you! You are never too old, young, rich or poor to “JUST DO IT’!

I believe with all my heart that if I want to have an incredible day, it’s my responsibility to make it happen. I need to convince myself, no matter what stands in my way, that I’am going to make it ridiculously amazing.
Believe me I know that can be a tall order. Some days just getting out of bed seems to trigger a chain of events that is pretty much as far from amazing as you can get. (You know those mornings that start out like the spin cycle on a washing machine, and you can’t figure out if the world is trying to kill you or make you stronger!) But it really is up to me how the rest of the day rolls out from there. I force myself to pull it together and put on a wacky smile even when it’s not easy to do . That’s because I believe that attitude is the difference between an ordeal and an adventure- it encourages me to play in puddles rather than complain about the rain. And you know the best part? An outlook like that is contagious! It spills over onto everyone and everything around me, floods my world with positive energy, and makes “AMAZING” the new standard. The bottom line is this:
WHEN YOU CHANGE NOTHING, NOTHING WILL CHANGE. But with a new attitude, you can really make a difference. So don’t just “HAVE A NICE DAY”. MAKE SURE TODAY IS RIDICULOUSLY AND SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I reflect on the women I admire who have really made a difference in this world, I like to think that before they ministered to the poor, orbited the earth, or won political office…first they put on their lipstick. That small act hearkens back to a simpler time when women showed their determination and focus by putting on their lipsticks and going what needed to be done. In fact I can remember my mother telling me to “put on some lipstick” before doing almost anything else- as if this would magically give me the strength and willpower to tackle any obstacle in my path.
And you know something? Ma was so right. Even now when it’s time to put on my big-girl panties and dive into a new project, adventure, or challenge , I start with a fresh face and a gorgeous shade of lipstick that really makes me feel empowered.
For you, it may not be lipstick. Maybe it’s your favourite shoes or a lucky keepsake. Maybe it’s a yoga pratice or a moment or a moment of meditation. Whatever empowers you, make it part of your day. U se whatever works to get your female energy moving and make sure that you sure start….ROCKING THE WORLD!
LIKE MOST THINGS IN LIFE, WHEN YOU FIND A GOOD THING YOU SHOULD STICK TO IT. YOU CAN TRY LOTS OF DIFFERENT THINGS IN THE PURSUIT OF HEALTH AND VITALITY, SOME THAT YOU DO FOR A WHILE, AND OTHERS THAT YOU WANT TO DO FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. BUT ONCE YOU HAVE FOUND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU, STICK TO IT AS LONG AS IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD, BUT ALWAYS KEEP AND AN OPEN MIND AND BE OPEN TO TRYING NEW THINGS. GET YOURSELF A NEW PAIR OF TRAINERS WHILE YOUR AT IT

3. GO FOR A MORNING WALK RUN OR JOG WITH A FRIEND!
4. TAKE UP A NEW SPORT OR HOBBY!
5. CLEAN OUT THE FRIDGE OF ALL JUNK FOODS
6. HAVE A STRONG EXPRESSO IN THE MORNING TO GET YOU GOING!( DOES IT FOR ME)
8.MAKE USE OF YOUR STAIRS AT HOME!
9. GET A PET OR GO RUNNING WITH YOUR DOG! 10.FINALLY COMMIT TO BE OR BECOME FIT!
