Success can come from achieving a training goal you set for yourself or going for your morning run when you really want to stay in bed. Just setting a goal of drinking two to three litres of water a day and achieving that goal creates success.

Another effective means of develping confidence is through the process of modeling or copying the success of others, what one can do, any can do. DEFINITELY’  FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT’ it works for me and I do it combat my own natural shyness so anyone can. Your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are always linked. If you act confident, this will help trigger a confident mind-set. A simple way to fake confidence is to practice how you walk into a room.Always make eye contact with others and smile. Always walk TALL with chest out, shoulders back with authority. Your energy will cut through like a knife in any space you occupy. EVERYTIME you have thoughts of failure, redirect to positive. If you hear that inner saboteur saying ‘I CANT DO THIS WORKOUT’, for instance tell yourself ‘THIS WORKOUT IS GOING TO MAKE ME STRONG AND FIT. SEE HOW THIS WORKS FOR YOU APPLY THESE THOUGHTS TO YOUR EVERYDAY EXSISTANCE AND SEE A CHAMPION BORN….THATS THE REAL YOU

img62Just for today ,Bee would like you to see if you can get through one day without being and saying anything negative. It may be a challenge, but see if you can make it through one day. There is an important reason to do this, because most of us have no idea how much we do speak negatively but you’ll have an idea after watching your words for a day. Remember that negatively and complaining bring more of those things and,  and if you’re aware of what your saying you can stop and decide if you want the consequences of what your about to say. Here is a magic lifeline you can use if you notice yourself thinking or saying something negative……STOP IMMEDIATELY AND SAY …”BUT I HAVE TO SAY I’M REALLY GRATEFUL FOR———-CAUSE NEGATIVELY DOESN’T LIVE WITH ME ANYMORE!

1. eat foods that contain less than 5 grams of sugar.

2. eliminate sugar free juices, frizzy drinks or treat they cause sugar cravings.

3.don’t put sugar in clean beverages such as coffee, tea,or water.

4. remove simple sugar items from your home.

5. throw away leftover treat meals

6.buy apples, pears, bananas,and citrus fruits instead of processed sugar snacks.

7. use stevia sweetner or honey instead of sugar.

8. exercise regularly (a good 20 minutes) it will bring through a rush of feel good endorphins and schedule lunch workouts.
