Happy Monday folks ! Congratulations to Hotfox Rona! November hotfox! Rona is just loving the new found energy she has found from her training efforts with me. Not to mention makes it abit easier being able to play with the grandkids! We always need to remember folks that when we plateau or have a set back it is just natures way to make way for an amazing comeback! Don’t ever despair and just keep going!
1. find out what your fav movement is, load up the mp3, focus on daily movement and incedental exercise and just how strong you feel rather than the scales, look at motivational quotes(always does it for me), find a training buddy and always schedule workouts like appointments. ! WHY DON’T YOU HUG SOMEONE TODAY! XXXBEE
Having lost a massive ten kgs Hotfox K sure feels heaps better more energy and looks like she has reversed the signs of ageing(what happens when we lose weight) Always smashes it with whatever I give her a real champ! Congratulations and once again hope you love love love your reward!! HOTFOX K also loves the feel good endorphins we get going after having long shitty days! Say yes to feeling great with training!

Hotfox Jan a superfox at 61. Jan was scepical at first of what training was all about but now enjoys a new love of keeping active aand flexiable. Training should motivate and inspire us. Knowing you have to show up for someone actually does the trick when it is all to easy to put it off till tomorrow. I like to be the trainer makes it an enjoyable experience of accountability, motivation and plain old friendship! AWW
