1. limit liquid calories 2. move more (no time for gym?? pump out the push ups, run flights of your stairs at home, be as active in your daily life as you can( all incidental helps think  cleaning all those chores we love to hate) lets keep moving! and on the big day…. go prepared, give away your lovely left overs, eat from a entree sized plate, drink heaps of water so your full! images (39)Don’t let chrissy blow you up!! I must say I have really enjoyed watching all the great eye opening things on the ABC  this week on this very topic. It is very surprising just how many people are affected by it. I’m a great believer that exercise has such a positive effect on the brain, even a brisk walk can make us feel better and less anxious(speaking from experience) Be sure to be a great friend to someone experiencing any of these things not only this week but every week! Accept yourself whatever size you are!But always look for ways to improve and feel better about yourself! Cause we def come in all different shapes and sizes! DO A FEW SETS OF THESE FOR BEE WHILE YOUR AT IT! FOR LUNCH THIS WEEK CUT UP SOME SWEET POTATO INTO BITE SIZES AND POP IN YOUR LUNCHBOX! A YUMMY AND NUTRIENT FILLED THING TO ADD FOR TOMORROW!
