I have awarded them both cause they are always fully committed to training and when their clothes are feeling just touch tighter they always know what we need to do. Bring accountable to a trainer is very helpful indeed! When you have a job you are soo busy with it certainly pays off as they both know! I put these guys on the scales once a month!

Whatever it is the makes you think of a pleasurable state be it ..eating chocolate, having a red hot latino love haha, or simply listening to your fav music… we need to think those same thoughts about your exercise routine!
