ARH NOTHING BEATS A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP. IN ORDER FOR US TO HAVE A GOOD ONE IT HELPS TO HAVE A NICE COMFY BED OF COURSE. I RECENTLY GOT A NEW DUVET COVER AND HAVE BEEN SLEEPING LIKE A BABY AND OFF IN DREAM LAND YAY. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING OUR BEDROOM IS OUR OWN LITTLE OASIS AND WE SHOULD TREAT IT AS SUCH AS IT IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR WELL BEING TO HAVE A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP TO DEAL WITH LIFE STRESSES IN OUR DAYS,REST OUR MINDS AND FACE THE WORLD FRESH FACED,not to mention all our exercise efforts.!!!

I DARE SAY THIS LITTLE NANA IS IN BED WHEN HER FELLOW FRIENDS ARE GETTING READY TO HIT THE TOWN RUNNING LOL. I LOVE MY SLEEP I HAVE TO BE  UP FRESH FOR ALL MY HOTFOXS OF COURSE!

1.  I LOVE NUTRITIOUS HEALTHY FOOD AND LOVE EATING HEAPS OF PROTEIN AND FRESH FRUITS AND VEGIES.

2. I’AM HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO EXERCISE MY BODY BECAUSE EXERCISE IS SO MUCH FUN AND MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD.

3.I NOW BEHAVE IN WAYS THAT PROMOTE MY GOOD HEALTH.

1. HAVE A BIG HEALTHY BREAKFAST/ It will give you more energy for the day and prevent you having a sugar energy hit if you fill up on the right stuff at the start of the day!

-porridge with fruit and nuts on top

-scrambled eggs on toast

-fruit and yoghurt

-peanut butter on multigrain toast/ its actually full of protein just limit it to one teaspoon though

STAY HYDRATED WITH HEAPS OF WATER THROUGH OUT YOUR DAY

-are you getting enough? this is so very important for both our body and brain power! Lets aim for that 2 litres from today

TAKE YOURSELF FOR A LITTLE WANDER

-step out of the home/office and take in some fresh air good for both our body and mind

FILL UP ON THE RIGHT SNACKS / THIS ONE IS SO IMPORTANT FOR ALL MY LADIES AS IT PREVENTS US HAVING A HUGE BLOW OUT AT MEAL TIME AND GIVES US ENERGY THROUGH OUR DAY TRY THESE:

– a banana, an apple, low fat yoghurt, a handful of nuts, a good quality protein bar/shake, carrot sticks in hommus, a slice of multigrain toast with a spread of peanut butter.

NEED TO DE-STRESS GIRLS TRY THESE: CAUSE I DON’T WANT YOU FEELING ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOTALLY AWESOME GET TO IT NOW:

1. RUNNING- pounding the pavement can be very therapeutic for some people-the endorphins released during cardiovascular exercise can make us feel very good indeed not to mention burn heaps of kgs

2.SWIMMING-A quick dip is a great low-impact form of exercise that works on the entire body. Taking a splash in the ocean is a fantastic way to destress and get in tune with mother earth.

3. BOXING-ARh A personal fa for me to destress as it takes up all our pent up anger in a highly productive way-by abusing the pads/bag. You’ll feel so much better afterwards and you won’t piss anyone off and say something you’ll later regret lol and your arms will be hot, hot.hot whats not to loe about this hey hey

5.NATURE WALK- Getting back to  basics with a hike through the bush helps to centre our soul. Just alter the intensity to suit your fitness level

o one thing daily that shows your body self-care,from a bath to rubbing oil into your skin-go pamper yourself tonight!

3. BE POSTIVE ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT: Your relaionship with food isn’t ending, in a way it’s just begining. Your obsesssion with food will now turn into a genuine love affair.

4. LETS END THE RELATIONSHIP WITH BAD FOODS:  Inappropriate eating is not self care it’s self hate ….ooch we don’t need that…..be good 90 per cent of the time though girls cause we all have our bad days!

5. START MEDITATING: This counters the internal aniexty that produces the compulsive pattern around food…..

6. FIND AN INSPIRER: Find someone whose healthy lifestyle is inspiring to you and ask for counsel……….. got that girls
