Getting back to food now folks!..the foods we eat have the greatest impact on our outward appearance and our inner energy levels, so it’s vital that we eat a wide variety of food to reap the nutritional benefits. we need to aim to eat nutrient dense foods such as beans, oily fish, fresh seasonal veggies. PLAN , PLAN, PLAN! This arvo why not have a small square of dark chocolate! You deserve it …just maybe not the whole block folks! Now that’s a good looking man loving Gasparel Ulliel!

Put that sparkle into your daily life here’s how!

1.wake up with a smile, a run or walk and a slice of lemon in hot water!

3. do what you need to do to make those all important changes to your life and accept and come to turns with the things you can’t

4.wear a nice piece of jellwery or a beautiful sparkly dress, top, skirt anything that will make you shine and feel good in your own skin

Howdy folks! Hope you have all had an excellent weekend! Cannot believe it is August once more can you?? Geeze where has the year gone? Hope you have enjoy the first half of 2014 and if not well it sure isn’t too late to turn it around! Start getting up earlier and go running, make time in the morning for that healthy yummy breakfest, or blend up egg whites, protein powder, wheatgerm, greek yoghurt and anything else you wish to throw in there! I have been thinking recently about what makes a person really impress and stand out and it is good old fashioned manners.. THEY COST NOTHING BUT MEAN EVERYTHING! So no matter where you might be make sure to use yours cause it really does mean alot in todays world where everyone is caught up in their own world ! A simple thank you very much, please, excuse me etc! Say it folks whether your dealing with the baker or the candle stick maker TO BE A REALLY AWESOME HUMAN!
