Today in the busy lives that we all seem to be leading to easy to not have time to even breath properly.
That’s why I always make sure I get some time to be alone and recharge myself and do some meditation.
I use a simple technique. I focus on my breathing and repeat a simple mantra, ‘in and relax’, so that I’m relaxing with each exhalation until my mind wanders off.
When I have more time, I try to visualisation. I might picture myself as a single big tree, strong and and beautiful in its own natural way, set in a wide-open savannah.
Any troubling thoughts or emotions become like the wind going past; I can feel them brushing against the leaves and branches. They come through me, then pass by altogether. Then I feel inner peace and personal bliss READY TO TAKE ON THE WEEK. TRY IT NOW
