Get the balance right….for good posture and better function, you need to create the right balance between exercises that work the front of your body and those that work the back. Some people spend too much timeon push exercises like push ups and bench presss which strengthen then chest and front of the shoulders, and not enough on ‘pull’ movements such as seated rows or chin ups which stengthen the back of shoulders and back muscles.
