Make sure you mix up your daily rountine……take a walk or run on the sand, climb a new mountain,take a new route, or take a swim in the ocean! There are no shirt cuts to shaping up. Ultimately, the success or failure of any exercise program will hinge on a combination of effort and consistency. We have to push ourselves if we want to transform! If you want to get the most out of your training, you need to choose exercises that are both efficient and effective. You need to apply correct techniques, create the right balance between push and pull exercises, vary intensity and always mix up your routine !
