I must say I have really enjoyed watching all the great eye opening things on the ABC  this week on this very topic. It is very surprising just how many people are affected by it. I’m a great believer that exercise has such a positive effect on the brain, even a brisk walk can make us feel better and less anxious(speaking from experience) Be sure to be a great friend to someone experiencing any of these things not only this week but every week! If you suffer than be sure to speak up and feel the love that is all round for you! Have a wonderful superdopper weekend ! xxbee
