Training sure makes us feel great but if your anything like me and tend to get bored of routine easy then..bloody well make sure that you make workouts pleasurable and something your brain can relate to having fun and lots of it. Whatever it is the makes you think of a pleasurable state be it ..eating chocolate, having a red hot latino love haha, or simply listening to your fav music… we need to think those same thoughts about your exercise routine! Don’t avoid it love it and look forward to it always! xxxbee
