WHEN WE ARE SUPER BUSY OR ON THE GO GO, TRAVELLING ETC.. IT IS SO EASY TO REACH FOR THE MM NOT SO HEALTHY FOODS! HERE ARE MY PICK FOR KEEPING HEALTHY SUPER YUMMY AS WELL.

1.BREAKFEST IN THE CAR: A HAM AND EGG ON AN ENGLISH MUFFIN OR WHOLEGRAIN BREAD,BREAKFEST BURRITO OR A HOMEMADE SMOOTHIE WILL DO THE TRICK!

2.LUNCH AT THE AIRPORT: A BEAN BASED SOUP, VEGETARIAN WRAP, SUSHI ROLL, SALAD(JUST WATCH THOSE SAUCES)
 
3.SNACK ON THE ROAD: LOW FAT YOGHURT, NUTS, BANANAS, PROTEIN BAR (HOMEMADE IF YOU CAN)
 
FOUR HEALTHY , TTRAVEL FRIENDLY SNACKS TO THROW IN YOUR BAG!
CEREAL, CHEESE AND CRACKERS,FRUIT SNACKS, A GOOD NUT BUTTER AND PUT IT ON CELERY STICKS OR CRAKERS TO MAKE EXTRA FILLING AND SUPER TASTY!
