DSC_0233Yes we sure all do have moments in our life when things are not going quite the way we had planned or other life stresses get in the way but the most important thing to remember is its not always going to be that way!

There was an awesome  TWO AND A HALF MEN EPISODE  where Mr Alan was depressed and his dear Ma said well you have’ HIT ROCK BOTTOM THE ONLY WAY IS UP” what a great attitude to have whenever we feel this way! Along with my other HOTFOX TIPS HERE:

1. GET OUT AND GET MOVING 2. LOOK AT PHOTOS WHEN YOU WERE TRULY HAPPY3. MAKE A LIST OF DOABLE CHANGES YOU CAN IMPLEMENT RIGHT NOW TO MAKE TOMORROW BETTER 4. HAVE A NICE RELAXING BATH TO TAKE THE STRESS OUT OF YOUR DAY 5. VISIT A FRIEND 6. LISTEN TO YOUR FAV MUSIC AND GET UP AND DANCE7. HAVE A MASSAGE OR A PHYSIC READING 8. PLAY WITH YOUR PET 9. WATCH A COMEDY10 . HELL EVEN SOME GOOD SEX! ! Sure way to boost those endophins ladies!

IT IS COMING INTO SPRING SO LETS GET THAT SPRING BACK IN YOUR STEP CAUSE LIFE IS LIKE A BOX FULL OF CHOCOLATES YOU JUST HAVE TO PICK YOUR FAV ONE AND REMEMBER WHAT WE THINK ABOUT WE ACTUALLY BRING ABOUT! GET ON THE FREQUENCY OF LOVING LIFE! X BEEDSC_0108
