2.you will lose body fat(don’t worry girls we dont have testosterone geeze at least I hope not lol so you won’t end up looking like a body builder)

3.you will lower your risk of nasty diseases like heart disease, diabetes, back pain,injuries and become more flexiable as a result

4. your overall attitude will improve studies show that ladies who weight train feel better about themselves and can fight the dreaded “D” WORD depression!
