3. BOXING-ARh A personal fa for me to destress as it takes up all our pent up anger in a highly productive way-by abusing the pads/bag. You’ll feel so much better afterwards and you won’t piss anyone off and say something you’ll later regret lol and your arms will be hot, hot.hot whats not to loe about this hey hey
5.NATURE WALK- Getting back to basics with a hike through the bush helps to centre our soul. Just alter the intensity to suit your fitness level
