1. MAKE A CHANGE: try something different -aqua aerobics,indoor climbing,a group exercise class,a game of squash with a friend or a team sport.


2. HONOUR YOUR BODY: D
o one thing daily that shows your body self-care,from a bath to rubbing oil into your skin-go pamper yourself tonight!

3. BE POSTIVE ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT: Your relaionship with food isn’t ending, in a way it’s just begining. Your obsesssion with food will now turn into a genuine love affair.

4. LETS END THE RELATIONSHIP WITH BAD FOODS:  Inappropriate eating is not self care it’s self hate ….ooch we don’t need that…..be good 90 per cent of the time though girls cause we all have our bad days!

5. START MEDITATING: This counters the internal aniexty that produces the compulsive pattern around food…..

6. FIND AN INSPIRER: Find someone whose healthy lifestyle is inspiring to you and ask for counsel……….. got that girls

WE CAN BECOME ANYTHING WE SET OUR MINDS TO ALWAYS REMEBER THAT!!!!
