1. HAVE A BIG HEALTHY BREAKFAST/ It will give you more energy for the day and prevent you having a sugar energy hit if you fill up on the right stuff at the start of the day!

-porridge with fruit and nuts on top

-scrambled eggs on toast

-fruit and yoghurt

-peanut butter on multigrain toast/ its actually full of protein just limit it to one teaspoon though

STAY HYDRATED WITH HEAPS OF WATER THROUGH OUT YOUR DAY

-are you getting enough? this is so very important for both our body and brain power! Lets aim for that 2 litres from today

TAKE YOURSELF FOR A LITTLE WANDER

-step out of the home/office and take in some fresh air good for both our body and mind

FILL UP ON THE RIGHT SNACKS / THIS ONE IS SO IMPORTANT FOR ALL MY LADIES AS IT PREVENTS US HAVING A HUGE BLOW OUT AT MEAL TIME AND GIVES US ENERGY THROUGH OUR DAY TRY THESE:

– a banana, an apple, low fat yoghurt, a handful of nuts, a good quality protein bar/shake, carrot sticks in hommus, a slice of multigrain toast with a spread of peanut butter.
