1.  I LOVE NUTRITIOUS HEALTHY FOOD AND LOVE EATING HEAPS OF PROTEIN AND FRESH FRUITS AND VEGIES.

2. I’AM HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO EXERCISE MY BODY BECAUSE EXERCISE IS SO MUCH FUN AND MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD.

3.I NOW BEHAVE IN WAYS THAT PROMOTE MY GOOD HEALTH.

4.I CAN NOW LET GO OF ANY BAD HABITS FROM MY PAST, SO I CAN BE IN GREAT SHAPE FROM TODAY.
