November is the month we really should be mixing it up. Do something you have never tried before like a samba class, a pump class, booking a holiday somewhere on your own or where you have never been before, learn a new language, enroll in a cooking class, start training everyday, up your iron oh and HOLA turn the heat up in the bedroom this Movember and most of all have a roaring great month! get off that bloody couch now right now
