I HAVE COMPILED A LIST OF HOW TO SURVIVE THE SILLY SEASON BUT HEY DON’T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF WE ARE ALLOWED TO BE NAUGHTY ONCE A YEAR LOL!
1. At parties try to have tiny sample sized portions of all the yummy food
2.fill yourself up with water before heading off to eat, this will make you feel fuller for longer and will help the urge to overeat.
3. fill your drink up with ice so you to help water down the alcohol content of your drink and keep you hydrated.
4. go and have a party game inbetween eating the big Aussie chrissy lunch that we all so love. The kids will love you joining in their fun. mmm try duck,duck goose /lets get that heart rate up
5.try to eat fresh seafood and nice summer fruits where possible
6.make sure you train hard before the week of the big chrissy lunch or party season/this will help to make up for being naughty lol
7.get up and dance and maybe put the dreaded ZUMBA FITNESS DVD on that your dear Aunt Terri gave you lol.
8.give your house a massive clean up getting ready to entertain,eat,drink and to be merry.
9.put food on entree plate of course
10.if u so want seconds of Granny May’s xmas pudding do 20 push ups for BEE instead.
