- 1. go and buy yourself some new trainers.
- 2.make sure after your workout you have a good stretch down.
- 3.go and put some new beats on your mp3(I’m doing that now.)
- 4. go to the beach and have a massive swim.
- 5. go and do some retail therapy…….sales sales sales
- 6.watch your fav movie.
- 7. go to a summer music festival.
- 8. go visit your relatives for some chrissy cheer.
- 9.bake a cake or two
- 10.walk like the kitten you know you are/put some swing in your step/oh yer
- 11.do a nightly walk around the block after work
- 12.take up a band new hobby/drawing,painting,cooking anything you want to do but have put off
- 13. babysit for family and friends and discover the wonder of kids
- 14.de clutter your house.
- 15. go and take a drive and explore somewhere totally new to you
- 16.write all those chrissy cards
- 17. catch up with your friends and tell them all your news.
- 18.stick up a photo of someone you think is …… ‘just so hootttt right’ now haha like derek ZOOLANDER LOL.
- 19.put up photos of when you were on holidays having the time of your life and think of and plan the next totally awesome trip.
- 20.AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST ……SKIP IT, BIKE IT, HIKE IT…..AND WHATEVER YOU DO BEE HAPPY…..NO POINT BEING ANY OTHER WAY
