There are just so many health benefits to eating tuna and although alot of the ladies I train think its so gross. I would like to tell you why we should add it to our diet! Tuna is full of protein, omega 3’s, vitamins, nutrients is low is saturated fats and is an excellent for great skin, healthy hair, nails is good for warding off cancers, great for your heart and is full of the B vitamins which are great for us ladies! So there Tuna is wonderful and I certainly eat quite alot and feel awesome from it! Please add some to your diet from now! Fresh or canned xxx
