Whether you call it your butt, bum,rear,derraire or other us girls  like to aim to have a good one that’s for shall.

To have a firm and sexy rear’good enough to wear KYLIE’S GOLD LAME HOTPANTS’ is sometimes what my lovely clients say to me and I can completely relate to that lol.  Here are the exercises I think really help us girls be on the way to SPINNING AROUND with a hot bum Kylie style:

WIDE STANCE SQUAT Place your legs into a wide stance then lower your body and push your hips back so you can maintain better form and work the back of your legs as you squat.

SPLIT SQUAT For this bum exercise place one foot forward and one backwards. The back leg should be resting on the ball of the foot. Keep your upper body straight and lower the hips straight down so the back knee is just off the floor. Keep the buttocks tight then push through the front foot to come back up. You will feel most of the tension in the front glute and thigh.

REVERSE LUNGE This is a little more dynamic than the first two as it involves movement. Basically you step backward then drop your hips straight down keeping your torso errect. At the bottom of the movement contract your bum then step back. This one  will get the heart racing.

STEP UPS ON A BENCH This exercise is actually more challenging than it looks especially when using any form of weights. Start by stepping up on bench really holding your torso errect, taking nice deep breaths then alternate sides that you step up with and make sure you really press down on those heels girls and have feet come right up on the bench. I like to  include arm work raising them up and down this I find helps to give us a bit more balance.

BUTT SQUEEZING ITS THE SEASON: Even when your at work, waiting for the bus, on a date,at the doctors squeeze your butt in and out for a good 20 reps – it really can help to tone it.

MASTER JET CAME TO TRAINING AS WELL AND DID LOTS OF RUNNING  WITH HIS BELOVED DADDY MARK (OH IT’S A DOGGY’S LIFE LOL)

I’M SURE JET HAD A HUGE SLEEP AFTER TRAINING !  CUDDLES FROM MUMMY!

If Hotfoxs out there, your goal is to maintain a reasonable and healthy weight , there are a few things more important than us building lean muscle . Why? Well, you build lean muscle your metabolism increases and your body requires more calories to meet its daily functions, thus making it easier to maintain your weight. Also, of course if we have a fit body with healthy and toned muscles you will have more energy and will be more likely to be active than if you have an unhealthy level of body fat. So eat up from my protein list below ladies:
