2. SQUAT THRUSTS THESE GET SQUATTING LOW AND GO GO GO

THESE DYNAMIC MOVEMENT EXERCISES WARM UP BETTER THAN STRETCHING BUT HEY ALSO BEST TO HAVE A GOOD STRETCH OUT FIRST OF COURSE LADIES…

BEST OF ALL GO FOR A RUN WITH THE GIRLS FOR A GOOD CATCH UP AND GIGGLE JUICE AND HIT THOSE STAIRS OR HARD SAND ON THE BEACH

4.DO JUMPING JACKS WITH A GROUP OF MATES OR KIDS

5.DIG OUT THAT LEG MAGIC/CARDIO TWISTER, AB DOER, SHAKE WEIGHT AND FAT BLASTER MACHINES THAT THE COCKIES

HAVE BEEN LIVING IN UNDER THE BED.. WELL TODAY DRAG THEM OUT AND ACTUALLY USE THEM LOL.

6.LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SAY YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO BECOMING A KICK ASS HOTFOX!!

BAD NEWS FOR THIRSTY GIRLS…….

ONE GRAM OF ALCOHOL IS EQUAL TO 29 KILOJOULES OOCH.

ONE GRAM OF FAT IS EQUAL TO 37 KIOLJOULES. SO BOOZING IS ALMOST LIKE DRINKING FAT.

ALSO WHAT DO WE CRAVE WHEN A LA DRUNK? YES YOU GUESSED IT ….THE DREADED 24 HOUR FAST FOOD OUTLETS MMM SO MAGICAL AT THAT TIME HAHA.

BEE’S TIPS TO STOP SABOTAGING YOUR HARDWORK:

1. have a healthy sandwich before you go out so your not tempted to devour lots of finger food and calorie loaded cocktails.

2.sip a spacer drink like mineral water with fresh lime and mint inbetween alcoholic bevies.

3.avoid creamy or sugary drinks, (VODKA WITH FRESH LIME AND SODA HAS THE LOWEST KGS)

IF YOU DO HAVE A HUGE NIGHT ON THE TURPS JUST MAKE SURE YOU DO INTENSIVE WORKOUTS BEFORE AND AFTER SO YOU WILL IN YOUR FAT BURING ZONE…. BUT WE ALL DO NEED TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT OUT ONCE IN A WHILE THATS FOR SURE!! ENJOY YOUR LIFE
