-PROTEIN SHAKE/ THESE ARE GOOD TO FILL YOU UP. I HAVE SOME ON MY WEETBIXS IN THE MORNING (IT ALWAYS BEST TO GET YOUR PROTEIN FROM THE NATURAL SOURCES BUT WHEN YOU CAN’T THESE ARE A GOOD OPTION)
-BEEF JERKY IS FULL OF PROTEIN SO I HEAR…. BEING VEG YOU CAN HAVE THIS ONE THOUGH LOL
-CARROTS( THEY ARE SO FILLING AND FULL OF VITAMINS/TRY DIPPNG IN COTTEGE CHEESE OR HOMMUS YUM
-MUNCH ON SOME GRAPES (THEY TOO ARE VERY FILLING AND FULL OF VITAMINS)
-BERRIES(A HANDFUL OF ANY SORT OF BERRY IS FULL OF ANTIOXIDANTS AND HEALTHY VITAMINS AS WELL AS VERY LOW IN CALORIES AND HAVING A GREAT SWEET FLAVOUR-SO EASY TO EAT!!!
