Congratulations are in order for dear Mr Peter taking out my first male HOTFOX OF THE MONTH! Peter always gives 110% ! From the first session nearly 4 years ago where he could hardly do a single sit up, he is now super strong in his core and is a plank master being able to hold it for 4 minutes yeppy! Peter also has knee trouble which has improved greatly since being trained into HOTFOX mode!
