I THOUGHT I WOULD TELL MY LADIES WHY ITS SO IMPORTANT TO STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER  YOUR WORKOUTS AS YOU KNOW BEE LIKES TO GIVE YOU A BIG STRETCH DOWN AFTER OUR SESSIONS – HERE IS WHY WE NEED TO:

1. Improves your proformance:  when a joint is flexible it takes less energy to move it a greater range of motion so you will feel less tired

2. Prevent injury and soreness:  stretching improves muscular balance and relaxation so you’re less likely to feel sore after exercise or to hurt yourself
