1. wake up with positive thoughts on the day ahead

2.have a hearty breakfest( think porridge, eggs, fruit)

3. deal with whats holding you back and stop sabotaging yourself

4. have something to look forward to 

5.plan out your food for the week

6.catch up with friends by going walking or running instead of lunches, cake and coffees 

7.move more each day , simple things like parking your car a distance from work  and taking the stairs instead of the lift can really make a distance over time

8.address things your not happy with and take steps to change it!
