See a set of stairs??? Then I want you to run up them, lunge up them, do push ups up them or bunny hop up them! Do this anywhere and any time you see those stairs! Why not add some skipping for 1 minute on each set! GO GET EM !

Yes HOTFOX Sandra has amazing defintion in those calves of hers, half from her Mum half all her hard work and boy do we work them. Sandra does the best boxing leg kicks, so much power from those awesome calfs of hers. It is often a forgotten part to work, but you feel so much better when you do…get onto your tippy toes now and work em and do some bunny hops off the stairs now! BEE’S ORDERS
