Firstly I find that if I brush my teeth I lose a craving pretty quickly. But of course we can’t always do that can we!! So next time when you feel like raiding the biscuit tin save your waistline and put on your trainers. Research proves that a 15 minute brisk walk will curb the strongest chocolate craving. This exercise was proven to reduce cravings by half, even in a stressful work environment when the cravings can really peak. So next time on your lunch break pack in your trainers. It can also help with reducing stress and boredom both can cause nasty little cravings. Now thats what I call a multi tasking woman!!
We all need to take time out for REFLECTION! Shut yourself off from the rest of the world read, listen to relaxation music, get in touch with your inner most thoughts in the rain forest, hike up a mountain, listen to the birds in the sky, do your yoga moves, or pop the question to your loved one. Whatever you choose to do with your REFLECTION TIME make it will be life balancing and a life changing experience for you. I personally find this time out to be utterly essential to my well being and hope you do too. WEAR WHITE TO BRING OUT THE INNER ANGEL IN YOU ! READING WILL ENRICH YOU MIND AND ENGAGE YOUR SOUL! ZEN STUFF INDEED!BASK IN THE BEAUTY THAT IS ALL AROUND YOU !

1. MAKE A PROMISE/ It will be hard to cancel a fitness commitment you’ve made to people, so join in that fun run/charity event then you would let yourself or others down. Yay
2.LIFT THE WEIGHT YOU’VE LOST/Use dumbells that correspond to the of kilos you’ve already fried and geeze feel how much your struggling to lift ….well girl you had that on your arse
3. BECOME YOUR VERY OWN CHEERLEADER/ Become your own cheer squad and therapist all in one AND OF COURSE surround yourself with caring and encouraging people who make you feel good.
4.LEARN TO KICK ARSE IN ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE FROM NOW ON
