1. go to local farmers market and buy whatever is in season( fruit and veg) see the colour change on your plate as the season changes.

2. invest in a good blender or dig out the old one(might have some dust hehe)make fresh fruit smoothies,veg soups and add some flat seeds for added fibre

3.eat more foods raw…spinach, carrots, avocados,strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce etc

4.stock up the freezer with market produce so you will have your fav fruits,vegs in off season not to mention help out your local Farmer joe yay.
