We all need to take time out for REFLECTION! Shut yourself off from the rest of the world read, listen to relaxation music, get in touch with your inner most thoughts in the rain forest, hike up a mountain, listen to the birds in the sky, do your yoga moves, or pop the question to your loved one. Whatever you choose to do with your REFLECTION TIME make it will be life balancing and a life changing experience for you. Move everyday .. your body will thank you for it with good health! Do a random act of kindness each day without expecting anything in return..de clutter your house , a good clean  can make you you feel free and on top of things…make a healthy pizza with pita bread and vegetables..ring your mum she loves you….detail  that car of yours….read a book you have been putting off….rent or buy your fav movie….plan a girlie night with no alcohol involved… GET DR PHIL KIND OF EXCITIED ABOUT YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW AND LEARN TO ROCK IN ALL AREAS!DSCF1369DSCF1358DSCF1339
