3. oatmeal whatever way you have em they are jam packed with goodness

4. tinned chickpeas/ tomatoes/beans/ peas/asparagus

5. check out THAI TREASURE AT ST LUCIA a lovely family owned business where they  can wip you up some very healthy and cheap yummy thai food! stir frys, salads, soups you name it they can make it  with very kind and helpful owners who are eager to please your tastebuds! I just love to support nice people in  small business!
