Firstly I find that if I brush my teeth I lose a craving pretty quickly. But of course we can’t always do that can we!! So next time when you feel like raiding the biscuit tin save your waistline and put on your trainers. Research proves that a 15 minute brisk walk will curb the strongest chocolate craving. This exercise was proven to reduce cravings by half, even in a stressful work environment when the cravings can really peak. So next time on your lunch break pack in your trainers. It can also help with reducing stress and boredom both can cause nasty little cravings. Now thats what I call a multi tasking woman!!
