yes get back into it ladies before the summer humidity hits oh no! Start by going on a daily walk or run or up the anti if your already on the up and go! Add resistance twice a week to your training because it sure is good to feel strong!! BREAK THOSE BAD HABITS AND SET YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL FREE JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN!!

8. have a nice long hot bath
