There was an awesome  TWO AND A HALF MEN EPISODE  where Mr Alan was depressed and his dear Ma said well you have’ HIT ROCK BOTTOM THE ONLY WAY IS UP” what a great attitude to have whenever we feel this way! Along with my other HOTFOX TIPS HERE:

WATCH A COMEDY10 . HELL EVEN SOME GOOD SEX! ! Sure way to boost those endophins ladies!
