Congratulations to my gorgeous 2015 Hotfox of the year! Anita has had a transformation in her body, mind and general wellbeing! I’am sooo proud of her and adore training her as it is just like having a fun workout with a friend. Her adorable boy Henry loves coming to training too and is one of the best behaved kids I have eve known.

Anita has learnt to cut down her portion sizes, move everyday, and always enjoys me to push he that little bit further! Love your stuff babe and well done.

THERABANDS AND RESISTANCE BANDS ARE AWESOME IN GETTING YOU FIT! FOLLOW MY SAFTEY PRECAUTIONS THOUGH WHEN YOU USE THEM AS ITS NEVER NICE TO GET ONE IN YOUR EYEBALL LOL!                        

1. Check the band before starting your workout to ensure that it has no tears or cuts as it could injury you as it snaps! 2. Don’t use them if you have any body oil on your hands or legs! 3. Bands should be ideally stretched no more than 300 per cent. 4. Always follow the instructions for securing the theraband to your hands and feet. 5. When attactching the theraband to an external fixture, ensure that is sturdy, firmly anchored and heavy enough that you cannot pull it over onto yourself! Have  fun and get fit with them today!
