Yes we all sure to be these things don’t we?? Here are my top tips for getting there.

1. think of what you already have and where and what you can work on to make it even better!

2. try to see the best in everyone and see things from others points of view not just your own

3. get up and go for a jog every morning or a long hilly walk

4. go and up skill yourself

5. assess what is in your fridge and throw out all that junk

6. cut down on the booze and replace with water

7. enrich someone else life with your sheer presence and  become  a positive happyhappy-people-jumpingmiss-coed-bree-conden shining star

8. when your needing a pick up look at photos when you were on the holiday of your dreams, with the love of your life, your bestie at your goal weight, or when your feeling amazing for any reason at all!!

9. READ BOOKS THAT WILL EMPOWER YOU OR TEACH YOU SOMETHING YOU DIDN’T ALREADY KNOW OR A MAGICAL STORY THAT LIFTS YOUR MOOD!

10. EAT GOOD FOOD, 2 LITRES OF WATER, BECOME A POSITIVE PERSON (WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT YOU BRING ABOUT) MAKE EXERCISE A TOP PRIORITY(MAKE NO MORE EXCUSES PLEASE) WINTER SURE IS AN EXCELLENT TIME TO TRAIN! BLOODY WAKE UP TOMORROW WITH A DIFFERENT MINDSET WHY NOT EVEN ACT LIKE YOU HAVE WON THE LOTTO! MAKE SURE TOMORROW IS RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING AND ONE WHICH YOU HAVE NEVER LIVED BEFORE!image   THE FOX IS WATCHING!
