You can do this any time -at the beginning of a meal, when you waiting in traffic, waiting in line, and with a bit of practice it will soon work as a trigger. Whenever you begin to feel stressed out, anxious,angry, impatient,- turn your attention towards your breathing it will release those things around you that are out of your control- your feelings.Five breaths may be all it takes to bring you back to awareness of yourself and put the bloody stress in your life in perspective!!     A healthy body grows from a healthy mind.
