THE DEAR OLDIE BUT A GOODIE FOR OUR CORE MUSCLES… THE PLANK!! grab a nice new yoga mat( pink of course) lol

Raise yourself up onto your toes and forarms, making sure your elbows are underneath your shoulders.  Your head, neck and back should be in a straight line. Pull in your navel maintain a straight spine and maintain for as long as you ladies can. All my foxes know how much I like to test you out on this one… yeppy YOU CAN DO IT
