2.LIFT THE WEIGHT YOU’VE LOST/Use dumbells that correspond to the of kilos you’ve already fried and geeze feel how much your struggling to lift ….well girl you had that on your arse

3. BECOME YOUR VERY OWN CHEERLEADER/ Become your own cheer squad and therapist all in one AND OF COURSE surround yourself with caring and encouraging people who make you feel good.

4.LEARN TO KICK ARSE IN ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE FROM NOW ON

YOU CAN DOO IT GIRLS/ BEE JUST KNOWS YOU CAN!

 

SPRING IS HERE SO LET’S MAKE THE MOST OF IT…GET MOVING AND GET YOUR JOGGERS ON FOR A HEALTHIER , HOTTER VERSION OF YOU
