THE GREATEST KG BURNER OF ALL. HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO START:

1. SET A REALISTIC GOAL FOR YOURSELF (IF YOU NOT SO MUCH OF A KEEN RUNNER NOW)

START BY BUILDING YOURSELF UP BY DOING 30 SECS WALKING AND THEN 30 SECS JOGGING FOR 30 MINUTES.

2. GET THE RIGHT RUNNING SHOES FOR YOUR FOOT TYPE! VERY IMPORTANT

3.REST IN BETWEEN YOUR SESSIONS

4. DON’T FORGET THE WATER BOTTLE GIRLS

5. GET ON TOP OF YOUR DIET AND THROW OUT ALL THE JUNK IN THE FRIDGE  AND LETS START FRESH FOR SUMMER TIME.
