1.DAILY ACTIVITY IS THE KEY TO GOOD HEALTH/MOVE IT OR LOSE IT.

2.THINK IT, BELIEVE IT AND YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT.

3.WORK REST AND PLAY/BALANCE ALL.

4.REMEMBER YOUR CORE IS CRUCIAL TO OUR EVERY MOVE

5.LOOK IN THE MIRROR, GO BY YOUR CLOTHES SIZE NOT ALWAYS THE SCALES AS MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.

6.THINK CARDIO FITNESS IS REALLY FUN AND EXCITING.

7.EXERCISE HELPS FIGHT DEPRESSION/IT RELEASES THOSE FEEL GOOD ENDORPHINS TO THE BRAIN.

8. 30 MINUTES A DAY IS ENOUGH TO HAVE A DECENT WORKOUT.

9. WE CAN NEVER BE TOO BUSY FOR DAILY EXERCISE(JOHNNY HOWARD STILL MANAGED HIS DAILY POWER WALKS, SO I’M SURE THE REST OF US WOULDN’T BE AS BUSY AS A PM SO GET YOUR 30 MINUTES IN. LOL

10. THINK WHAT GAGA WOULD SAY……’YOUR ON THE RIGHT TRACK BABY YOU WERE BORN THIS WAY LOL!!!

KEEP MOVING GIRLS….THE SUN WILL ALWAYS COME UP FOR US TOMORROW …..THINK IT, BE IT,BELIEVE IT AND YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT!!!!
