-HIKE IT – THE HILLS WILL BE ALIVE WITH THE SOUND OF YOUR HOTFOX FOOTSTEPS COMING AND SO WILL YOUR LEGS AND BUTT!!!

-TAKE THOSE DREADED STAIRS INSTEAD OF THE LIFT- FEEL THE BURN

– RIDE YOUR BIKE TO WORK INSTEAD OF TAKING THE BUS OR DRIVING

-GO FOR THAT LONG AWAITED SWIM- BEAUTIFUL WEATHER FOR IT

-GO ROLLERBLADING- HOW FUN IS THAT I LOVE IT SIMPLY AN AWESOME WORKOUT!

-TAKE YOUR HUBBY/FRIEND FOR A LONG WALK FOR A GOOD CATCH UP- TAKE THE TIME OUT FROM OUR BUSY LIVES FOR EACH OTHER TO HAVE A CHAT IT WILL DO WONDERS FOR YOUR RELATIONSHIP…..THEN HAVE A LOVELY GLASS OF BUBBLY LOL. GO HAVE AN SIMPLY DIVINE FUN WEEK FOR THE FIRST  WEEK OF NOVEMBER.
